We had a very comfortable stay in Swansea right by local transport and location of coach train station, a quiet area on a residential street, and the beach.

It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including tea, coffee, and sugar. The location was great, close to the university and within walking distance of town. Check-in was a breeze and the outside space was a nice bonus. we had a good experience and would recommend this place.

While the apartment could benefit from some updates and maintenance, especially in terms of paint and certain areas, we thought it was still a great value for the price.

We had a great stay at 40 Carlton Tce F1. The apartment is in a fantastic location, close to the city center. It was perfect for the two of us to explore the city over a long weekend. The open kitchen had all the essential cooking utensils we needed to make a simple meal. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive, providing assistance with the wifi right away. Although we couldn't get the internet connection to work, we appreciate the owner's assistance. We also managed to find free on-street parking, and the communication with the host was excellent. The private entrance and back door to the garden area added to our privacy and convenience. a great experience with nice personal touches like a welcome pack and Welsh cakes waiting for us.
